- AI Features - When you use AI features (task breakdown, daily planner, smart suggestions, weekly report), your task titles and energy levels are sent to OpenAI through our secure servers. We do not store the AI-generated content on our servers.
- Subscription Management - Process and manage your subscription through RevenueCat, verify your premium status

Local Storage
- Most of your data is stored locally on your device
- This includes tasks, settings, and preferences
Cloud Storage
- An anonymous device identifier is stored in Firebase Firestore for rate limiting, notifications, and premium status verification
- Premium users can back up and restore their data via Firebase Cloud Firestore
- No email address or personal account is required

FocusBrain is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
